We want you to absolutely love your purchase from Sunday Aura. Every candle, diffuser and melt is hand-poured with care right here in Perth, Western Australia.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help please take a moment to read our Returns & Refunds Policy below.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care when packing each order, but if your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hoursof receiving your parcel at sunday.aura@yahoo.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Incorrect Items

If you’ve received the wrong product, please let us know straight away. We’ll organise to send the correct item or issue a refund for the error.

No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind

Because our products are handmade and designed for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind, or for any items that have been opened or used.
Please review your order carefully before checkout and if you’re unsure about a scent or product, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Refunds

Eligibility:
Refunds are available only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
We’ll assess each claim and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time:
Once your refund has been approved (and the returned item received, if applicable), it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to complete the transaction.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight variations in colour, scent strength, or appearance (each batch is hand-poured, meaning no two are exactly the same!)

  • Candle frosting or “sweating” (a natural occurrence in 100% soy wax)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or opened products

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Custom or personalised items
